If you're feeling phlem-ish...maybe you have an allergy or sensitivity to gluten.

I have to admit that being too small is a good thing because it makes The village safer and saner.

I would much rather pay $12.00 for a couple of excellent pints, then $12.00 for a dozen classes of beer colored water. Given the exponentially increasing popularity of craft & micro brews ... I am far from alone.

My father, A German and a brewmaster by life work, said that only fresh beer was good beer. I didn't inherit his "tongue" and bow to those who enjoy the subtleties.

After about 3 beers, they all taste the same anyway.

I haven't read through all these posts on this thread, but I wanted to give you my opinion of this restaurant. We went there last night just to try it out because it is new. I am definitely not a beer drinker, but those who are, should be able to find something they like. The variety is unbelievable.

I had a majito (sp?) which was the best ever. While reviewing the menu, I thought I'd like to try something different, I'm getting bored with all the flatbreads, wraps and salads that all taste alike these days. So I tried the bratwurst sandwich in a pretzel roll with onion & peppers, thinking this was so different, how bad could it be??? Well, it was delicious, I could have had another one. I was so pleasantly surprised how good it was and when I'm looking for something different, I'll remember that meal.

It came with tater tots, I'm not a fan. My friends liked them, so they ate them all.

The service was fantastic, the waitress was very very accommodating, patient and informative. I liked the place a lot and will go back.

Not impressed. Beer is to expensive, food is just ok. I waited in long lines in the Navy, not now! Sonny's bar has them beat hands down.

Glad to note from the post that they offer bratwurst and they were good. Do they offer other Wursts as well? Was disappointed with the Wursts offered at the German festival in Spanish Springs. Or, the wurst offered at the Saturday market hot dog stand in Brownwood. Wish the German restaurant in Sanford was a bit closer. Will definitely try World of Beer. Wonder if their Pilsen draft will take 15 min to produce which will be a good thing.

We Thought It was Good

We went there in late September when our movers brought our stuff down. We liked the beer selection (Bodingtons on draft!), thought the service was good and friendly and that the food was pretty good. Yes, a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

We will go back when we finally get to TV full time.
