I didn't even check when I was buying, but I took advantage of the 5/$20 sale and picked up some chicken cutlets and ground beef. Where I come from, ground beef is assumed to be approximately 80% lean. That's what I always get for meatloaf and meatballs. When I went to put the packages in the freezer I actually read the label and saw it is only 75% lean.

$4/lb for 75% lean ground beef is ridiculously expensive. I'll get my ground meat from Fresh Market on Tuesdays from now on.

HOWEVER...the meatloaf I made from it was EXCELLENT.

My lesson learned: get the fattier meat, and make sure I don't pay extra for the privilege.
