I would think that a butcher shop would sell only locally sourced meats. I refuse to buy any product from Smithfield. They are notorious for their inhuman treatment of animals (and their employees). Smithfield is owned by a Chinese corporation. Shameful!

Our fresh meats are raised and harvested in the US in regions like Colorado and the mid-west. Our fresh meats don't come from Smithfield however we do at times have these particular Smithfield pork loins when we have a huge demand for them by our customers.
