Default Slow TOTV

My TOTV.com has been unusually slow yesterday and so far today. I wonder if it's my computer or the website. Others having this issue?

It's been slow for me for a long time. No problems with my computer, just this web page.

Yep, it's been awful the last month or so. Sometimes I can barely scroll.
I have never had a problem on any other site.

The browser you use could be a big part of the problem. I switched from Firefox to Google Chrome about 2 years ago at a very fortunate time.

My Firefox kept getting hangups and freezes, especially on this site, so I switched to Chrome. About a month later my laptop hard drive crashed, I'm thinking, I just lost over a 1,000 bookmarks. I purchaed a new computer and the first day I spent working on getting passwords and ID's and website addresses to important sites. Chrome was asking me to login, so I did and all my bookmarks came back, they were stored online.

Then I noticed a couple of months ago that my chrome started getting hangups and busy prompts on this site. At the bottom of my page was a message from HP. When I clicked on it, the note was that HP had an update for Chrome users. I installed the update and this site no longer has any problems, in fact my whole web surfing has about doubled in speed. If you use Chrome and have an HP computer, check for the update.

Probably got lots of adware running in the back ground. They take time to load and site you click on will not load till the all the adware or spyware loads. Got to tools and try to stop them.

Ever notice when you browse or shop online all sudden you get all these adds pop up. FB, Google, eBay, Amazon, ext.. Get paid by selling your inquires. You agreed to it when you use there sites. Nothing free or secure online.

The last couple of days it has taken a long time to go from entering my ID and password to actually getting on the board. Same thing logging out. I watched the sites scroll by as my browser was working and every time there was a long delay at pagefair.com both logging in and out. Now, this afternoon, everything back to normal.
