Other than MLB Network, which is a $25+ subscription per month, I cannot find any App that has the Sun Sports network that covers the Rays games. When I do find a coverage on YouTube Tv, the games are blacked out. Any suggestions ?

Change the zip code location on your device under Settings then preferences may be worth a try.

AT&T $85 a month, MLB.TV (only out of market games) and finally cable.

Edit: YTTV lost all regional sports. Changing your zip will do nothing.
