On my way home from Brownwood and got a flat tire on my golf cart. Called the towing service ,and while I was waiting a car pulled up and stopped. Here it was my sales associate Billy Pinson that sold me the cart, he saw I had a flat tire and asked if I called the towing. I said yes. He told me to get in the car and while talking to the towing guy he said to drop it off at Magnolia Plazza. The guy said he could not do that because of after hours and no place to put the key. Billy said to drop it off at Magnoila Plazza and he would meet him there and off we went. He opened the closed store, put my cart in the service bay, got me a service loaner and off I went. I want to give him a HUGE thank you for even doing that. That’s EXCEPTIONAL and deserves RECOGNITION. Thank you ( Billy Pinson ) Magnolia Plazza golf cars

I just got a new Star car there from Bob H. He and the service manager are very friendly. I'm glad you posted since I didn't know what I would do in an emergency. I see a golf help button on the villages GPS app. What if we lock our keys in the cart trunk by accident after hours. I have a Star car with a trunk that locks automatically in the front. You need keys to get in to the trunk. I could see dropping my keys in there by accident and closing the lid while up at a northern golf course.

Wholeheartedly agree that the Villages Golf Cars, and Billy Pinson, are the best. I have bought 2 golf cars from Billy, and have sent friends and family members his way. Why? He is fair, honest, and truly cares about his customers, even long after the sale. I recommend Billy, and TVGC, without hesitation.
