Can we do fudge in April? Late April. I'm leaving here on April 1st (hold back the "fools" jokes) and need some time to get organized. But after that I'm ready for chocolate. Who am I kidding, I'm ready for chocolate all the time.

Maybe we can con giggles into making a batch of fudge of those of us incapable of making decent fudge for tax day? (hint, hint)
