Default Congratulations, Jacksonville Jaguars

Who would have thought back in August that the Jags would win a playoff game?
Much less coming from a 27-0 deficit? I shut it off at half-time but I taped it, quite a game.

Now, let's take on those Chiefs

Was watching the end of the game knowing I again picked the wrong team to win but was happy with the outcome. My father's brother's grandson or something like that used to work for the Jags as the salary cap guy. Prior to that he had worked as the Jets General Manager and earlier at the Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals and Tampa Bay Bucs. His name is John Idzik, Jr. John Idzik, Sr. also was in football.

He does not help me with my NFL pick-em picks as I never actually met him but did meet his wife and kids who had lived close to us in one of our prior locations but have no idea where they live now or I am not telling.

Considering all the recent coaches and players that were picked up and or let go, it is an amazing accomplishment.

My first job and home in Florida after moving from Ohio was Jacksonville. Sill faithful. . I couldn’t watch the start of the game, and when I saw the score was 27-0 I was so disappointed and gave up. That’ll teach me!! Thank goodness I had it recorded.
