Of the 12 World Cup venues only Cuiaba and Manaus are in time zone UTC-4 one hour ahead of US Eastern Time Zone. The other 10 are in UTC-3 two hours ahead of Eastern Time.

Spain out.
Shocking, early exit for Spain in World Cup*-*Los Angeles Times
Shocked that Spain's WC team is already out. Wonder how my Middlebrook Hall Spanish teacher friends are handling this defeat? I hung around with an international group of students while living in the dorm (Middlebrook Hall-- University of Minnesota) often. Two of these were women from Bilbao who were going to get MAs and then teach English to Spanish students back in Bilbao. http://www.spain.info/en/que-quieres...es/bilbao.html Nice very Catholic ladies. |
