I have only been stopped for a traffic incident twice in my life. Both times I did what I was told and there was no problem. I was very polite and the officers were very polite.

Even if cop somehow did know that when he first approached Hill's car, why would the cop not get Hill out at that point in time when the window was down (because Hill giving license to cop), and before the cop walked away?

There are 2 clips floating around. One showing the entire event, from the initial stop through the event. The other clip omits the beginning, and starts as hill was rolling up the window. That one is edited and incomplete.

How was the cops supposed to know whether the guy got a gun in his lap? I’m sick of blaming the cops. I’ve been pulled over plenty of times and List what they told me and never got in trouble. When I get pulled over, I put all four windows down so he can see in the car and I put my hands on the steering wheel. You have no idea what they go through every day!!

Hill's major offense was not rolling the window down *enough*. Not rolling it down *quickly enough.* Not getting out of the car *quickly enough.* Not sitting down *quickly enough.* And for that he was dragged out of the car, shoved to the ground, handcuffed with a knee in his back, then choked and pulled to the ground again.

The cop certainly showed who was boss. If that is what he is paid to do then the national exposure will do him good. We'll see.
