The next Villages tinnitus support group meeting will be conducted on Thursday, March 28, 2019 - 3:30PM - Churchill Street Recreation Center

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a support tool utilized for tinnitus and of course Anxiety which go hand and hand.
Our next guest speaker will be Dr Joanne Studer, Licensed Psychologist. Dr. Jo has more than 25 years of therapy experience and uses cognitive behavioral therapy, challenging unwanted behavior patterns to help people live a full and productive life.

In addition just added is Tanya Cunningham L.M.T., C.S.T. from Healing Hands Wellness For Life will be discussing Craniosacral Therapy and how it helps the Central Nervous System Balance, which may reduce the tinnitus. We will be giving short demonstrations to those interested.
