Perhaps they want their advertising to reach people in their 50s and early 60s who are not yet retired. I'm not familiar with the book but I would guess it's a book that helps people to plan for their retirement. Most people here are already successfully retired.
But there's no reason to be rude, or is there? Perhaps the person was recently banned from a message board. :)
