Those are certainly the best two movies of the Alien franchise. The others are, for the most part, also quite good but kind of forgettable.

I was under 17 when in came out and managed to get in with a friend. Incredible movie. And Sigourney Weaver in the final scene wearing very little...oh my! One of the best.

Another Alien franchise movie is due out in 2024. I’m sure nowhere near as good as the first two.

Well the military was there to support the corporation and the corporation was obviously evil so maybe you could make a case for a political statement?

The music in Aliens had my heart racing during the action scenes. Definitely one of the scariest sci-fi movies of all times.

In the new Scream movie they reference Aliens as being one of the best horror movies of all time. Better than Alien. I agree.

i love horror movies & am a nerd like the trekkies. Aliens 2 was the work of the incredible Stan Winston, may he rest in peace. this guy was the go-to when it came to reimagining monsters, --Aliens 2 did not disappoint. :popcorn:
