Anything at end of the trailer of Argo?

Is there something at the end of the Argo movie? I remember the photos of the real people involved as well as some pictures of Tehran in 1979 in the ending credits.

On another note, based on box office estimates for Friday and some of Saturday, it looks like Argo will win the best in box office title.

I also agree with your statement about Academy Awards; I would be very surprised if Argo is not up for a number of Oscars.

Good movie, strong story. Affleck's a quality budding director (his "The Town" was better than "Argo").

Unfortunately, his acting remains as flat as a billboard on the Bee Line Highway.

He was good in Argo. Doubt if real CIA agents show a lot of range of emotions especially if they go out into the field. If you have a wooden actor find a wooden character to put him or her in.

Talking about spies, Claire Danes plays a fictional CIA field agent Carrie Mathison in Homeland. Claire Danes has an extremely wide ability to portray the depression, elation, fear, anger, excitement felt by her character. Then again she plays someone with a bi-polar disorder.

Argo and the Academy Award for Best Picture.

Argo seems to really be in the race now for Best Picture at the Academy Awards on February 24, 2013.

Just saw Argo on DVD. Its impression on me improved at the second viewing.

Interesting

It is ironic that in WWII my brother was a radio man on a Coast Guard cutter which was the USS Argo. A few years ago it was represented in a movie about their capture of a Sub that was on its way to Japan with German secrets just as Germany surrendered. Of course it was not the right thing to do but when my brother was assigned to a Boston Hospital because of cronic ulcers he also took the portion of the ships log which documented this period with him. He had it for years and about 3 years ago he flew to NY and we drove to the Portsmouth Sub base and he donated the log to the Museum there. They were thrilled to get it for thier records. He has since passed away. He was the radio man on the cutter for most of WWII. They gave us a great tour of the base and explained the difference between US and German subs.

USS Argo. Had wondered where Argo name came from and suppose that the ship's history might give a clue. http://www.uscg.mil/history/webcutters/Argo1933.asp

So simple an answer-- Jason and the Argonauts ship was the Argo.
