Default Every Movie: Every Tuesday $5. (Not special presentations)

THE VILLAGES THEATRES

Check out the new deal at the three Villages' movie theaters.

Every movie is $5 in Tuesdays and that seems to be for everyone.

It does not include special presentations.

Me too. Got a small drink yesterday for $3.50 which was all I could handle watching a 3 hour and 10 minute movie or thereabouts. Very few people actually took bathroom breaks that I saw. Or, concession stand journeys.

I know. I was just funnin’ with ya. It’s not “every movie”.

There is usually an asterisk in these kind of deals. Really had missed the $5 movies. Went to a lot of these in Palm Harbor/Oldsmar/Clearwater and Holiday.

Saw Saving Private Ryan , for instance, about 5 times and 4 of those were at the $5 movie showings.

Seems like this is a joke. Saving Private Ryan from 1998. $5 was probably big dollars then. I could probably now buy a "Tape" for $.50 from a Thrift Store and watch as many times as I wish and save money. Make my own popcorn also. Buy those kernels , put them in hot oil in a heavy skillet and shake it while they try to pop. Where is my VHR reader?

I saw it in 1998 5 times. Bought a Blu-Ray of this movie and watch it once every year or so.

$5 for a first run movie all day Tuesday at any of the three Villages movie theaters is a good deal.

Thanks to them for doing this.

I saw The Avengers: Endgame for $5 on this last Tuesday in a auditorium with stadium seating and good sound.
