[QUOTE=Rapscallion St Croix;1702045]Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas

I thought you were just making something up to be funny. It really IS a muppet movie. How had I not heard of it?

The original half hour Dr. Suess The Grinch That Stole Christmas. Second would be It’s A Wonderful Life. Charlie Brown’s Christmas gets an honorable mention. We love going out into the woods behind our northern home and cutting down our annual Charlie Brown Christmas Tree

Would Die Hard qualify? If not then-- It's a Wonderful Life. That was my late younger brother's favorite movie of all time.

I thought Darren McGavin in the Night Stalker was one of the scariest shows I ever seen, and I don't why it went off after just a season or two. Everybody I knew liked that show. So when the Christmas Story came out, it was an immediate hit. It's really a great movie and I believe that house in Cleveland is open for tours.

I understand the Leg Lamp is still a big seller every year because of that movie

Seems like there's a hundred versions of "A Christmas Carol" out there, but my favorite is the one with Alastair Sim as Scrooge.

I can't narrow it down to one favorite, so here are my top 4:
Christmas Vacation
Elf
Home Alone
Christmas Story

It was a very happy Christmas when I was around 11 years old and my dad got me a Red Ryder BB gun. My old man and I kept the squirrels off the bird feeder in the back yard with it for many years.
