Default Top Gun, Top Movie

Much better than the first one. Great movie, great special effects and story line. A must see!

Just got back from seeing it - AMC theater in Leesburg (pretty good place). The best Tom Cruise movie I have seen! To give context on my opinion The Avengers Infinity War & End Game are my favorites of all time. Plenty of plot-line intersections that made it awesome. Go see it!

The premise was silly, but not half as dumb as the usual dumb super hero junk Hollyweird usually makes. Sure, who can't believe the world's greatest fighter pilot is a 60-year-old captain who got busted down to Top Gun for traveling Mach 10 in an experimental winged vehicle? Heck, what old guy couldn't survive a 10-G maneuver to hit a 10-ft target with a bomb to destroy a uranium enrichment facility in some nameless country defended by American F14's? Sure, what's weird about that? OK, he didn't need glasses to see the target. It could happen! I read somewhere that Chuck Yeager still had 20-20 vision at 90!

At least they didn't try to pass off T-38 trainers as advanced MIG's, like in the first movie. And Cruse's acting was a lot more subdued and believable. In fact, the best part was the intro, where Tom Cruse atually thanked us for getting off our couches to see a movie in an actual theater. He promised to do just his job and entertain us, if you can believe it!

And the most astounding thing in the movie was his flight jacket. The Tawain patch was still there!

I'd have to say, enjoyed it more than any flic I've seen in 10 years.

Went to Lake Square AMC in Leesburg today. Purchased reserved seating online. All seating is very comfortable reclining/foot rest seating. Price was slightly less than the old Mill Theatre here, but as I stated seating is reserved so no having to get to the theatre early, stand in line for an hour to hopefully get a decent seat. Obviously a bit of a drive but stopped for lunch prior and walked in at 1:55 to our RESERVED SEATS for the 2:00 showing.
PS; Great Movie!!

Same story line as first time, good effects, just ok nothing special. Felt good to go to a movie again, best part. Went to Leesburg , soda and popcorn cost more than the movie!

saw it last night with my two cousins....very entertaining. Like many have said, best movie I've seen in years

it's not a very 'heady' script...you knew what what was going to happen...but the action was pretty intense

The Old Mill theatre was packed at the 6:45 show we were at...makes me wonder why the other two movie housed in TV aren't open?

Saw it at the Old Mill Playhouse on Monday when the seats are $6.42. I went to see something else but that was sold out but did get a front row seat for Top Gun: Maverick. Hard to see everything from that close up though.

Great, CLEAN movie. You can take the kids. Not your normal hollywood movie.

Agree to wait on most movies. This is a movie which should be seen at a theatre. Saw it on 6/14 and it was great and still getting good crowds.

We also seen the movie Top Gun in Ocala and like it.

Someone mention a theater in Orlando have seats that move and vibrate with the jets in flight, anyone hear anything about that?
