Default Vertigo Playing at the Rialto this week through Thursday.

Vertigo (1958) - Rotten Tomatoes

This is one of Hitchcock's best movies and it is playing from the 5th through the 11th at the Rialto Theater in Spanish Springs.

I saw it this morning and it looks a lot better on a movie theater sized screen. Has a lot of great scenery of the San Francisco Bay area as well with one of my favorite actors, James Stewart.

In 2012 the BFI (British Film Institute) picked "Vertigo" as the Greatest Film of All Time. Previously "Citizen Kane" had owned that honor for 50 years, but once every decade they poll 846 distributors, critics and academics. Vertigo only lost by 10 votes the previous decade and now it's the winner.

I did really enjoy his movie reviews with Gene Siskel.
