I liked this song but the video from it was a bit much.

Sony is understandable, he helped develop her personality. She felt shy, second-class etc as a teen. He encouraged her. But when she became a super star he became jealous - or so it seemed to me.

Gregg Allman was just a piece of fluff. She found out soon enough.

I surprised that Cher's biggest hit and the recording that broke new ground in the recording world and created the "Cher Effect", doesn't get more love.

Cher was very good, but personally I preferred Blondie.

With Allman she must of felt like she was “Tied to the Whipping Post”.

Sometimes I sing Cher's "The Way of Love" in my program and the audience loves it.
