I just checked my Direct TV and we do not have the Me Network. Shucks. I love those old shows. I loved both of Newhart's shows. Cheers, All in the Family, Seinfeld. I have so many TCM movies recorded that I have only 20% left on my recorder.
You have a good night on TV, too.

"Yes, in a way you ridiculed him. He may watch the show for news and you tell him it is a joke. You may as well call him a joke. You can understand that, right?"

Let's go back to basic Logic 101. Freshman year.

A) is a black bird B) is a bird
A equals B (both are birds)
C) therefore all birds are black

WRONG, A does not equal C, not all birds are black.
Basic logic.

So no, calling a show a comedy is NOT saying that I think the viewer is a joke. It is saying I think it is a comedy.

Too funny.
A friend of mine that visited said no one in TV has time to watch TV since they are so busy and you only come home to sleep.
Guess he's wrong since everyone seems to have listed tons of shows they watch.

Whoa; I just realized #20 response is from BH, MI.
I can't believe you're not going to Naples which is the response we get when we tell people we moved to Orlando in 2004.

I only thought east siders and folks from small town went to TV.

Sounds like ridicule to me and others.

We played golf almost every night this summer till lack of sunlight forced us to go home and fall asleep on the coach. Soon many of the outdoor activities will stop because of daylight saving time and it does get cold at night. I have a bunch of programs recorded and the new shows are now starting.

Too funny keithwand!!!! Just for the record, I was born and raised on the Eastside!!! See, you can take the girl out of the eastside but you can't take the eastside out of the girl!! My husband, on the other hand, didn't realize there was a world on the other side of Woodward!! That's ok..I've managed to turn him to the other side!! See you in TV!

My wife was too; growing up in GP then moved to BH then Bham from where we moved from to FL.
Your husband sounds like me growing up. I didn't know anything past John R to the East, Telegraph to the West, Pontiac to the North and 12 mile to the South.
When I went to college my roomate was from Redford Twp.
Where the heck is that?

Now for the folks that golf until sunset then lay on the "coach"; I know TV can get wild but....

Let's keep the discussion to shows you like or watch.

Saying you don't like a show is not a personal criticism of those who watch it... Whether it is Fox News, Survivor, two and a Half Men, etc. We all have our likes and dislikes.

Default Favorite TV in TV

The ole boy calls it "Hammer Time", or "Anything HGTV", especially Candice Olson, my favorite, followed by anything GOLF...

Now the ole boy will watch ANYTHING that is NEWS....Ugh!

We also like the Amazing Race, you will love this, we have watched
"Little People, Big World", from day one, don't ask me why, we are just
hooked!...
