The Eastwoods were all over the latest Fargo episode set in Los Angeles in the mid 1970s and in 2010.

I looked that up myself and saw that Clint was the father, hence the name. That was probably the oddest show in the three seasons I've seen of Fargo. The woman playing the sheriff was Ben Affleck's sister in 'Gone Girl'. The other main female character, the parole officer's girlfriend, was the female lead in '10 Cloverfield'. Also you know the two brothers are played by the same person, British actor Ewan Mcgregor.

I did find that episode very strange but kind of fits with my feelings about LA too. There are many odd ducks in that town.

I like the cop at the bar, he had the oddest hip phrase I've ever heard, "I've got to drop the kids off at the pool", I would of never figured out the literal meaning of that phrase if he did not explain it. It was, "he needed to take a s___!"

I have heard that phrase before from a man who lived in the Los Angeles area on-and-off in the 1980s and 1990s. He lived in Toluca Lake.
