My guess is that they will go with someone who has been in the Jeopardy crew-- an announcer, producer, writer, or someone like that. He did have some assistants doing videos often as well.

So do I understand correctly, Jeopardy is about the host, not the show or the contestants....guess Alex was wrong.

Sad to see this when I was digging a little bit recent Jeopardy episodes. He was on at the end of Alex Trebek's hosting and was only 24. Won five times.

It is about the contestants and show but the host should add to the program.

I didn't care for Katie. She was too perky, or something.

I've never watched Dr. Oz, only knew about him from friends talking about his show. But I thought he did a decent job last night.
For now, Jeopardy is kinda about the host, since they're trying to pick a new one.
