"A rare look into the life of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as he discusses his life, legacy and legal theories. Expires: 6/2/2020"

Yesterday, I received an email from PBS that this documentary was available for viewing and would be free, without subscription until June 2, 2020.

I watched it today.

It is well done, thoughtful, inspiring, excellent. I cannot pen my complete range of emotions. I cannot give PBS (not my favorite network) enough credit for a true presentation of his life history.

I remember his 1991 Supreme Court nomination hearings. What those politicians did to him was among the lowest points in the history of the United States Congress.

But, it's not for me to try to influence your opinions.

Watch the film. You will be impressed.

By the way, I did not realize that Justice Thomas was descended from Gullahs, Sea Island blacks that have a uniquely wonderful history.
