Default Local. Free tv stations ?

With a good TV antenna, what local TV channels are available Channels are they? Curious 30. Are the major channels available? What recommendations for internet connection/cable Would you recommend thanks for help

All stations in Orlando are fairly easy to receive with one exception - WESH- NBC2. I can get ABC, CBS, PBS, CW and all the subchannels without problem (ME tv, Comet, Court tv etc). WESH is the one channel that is not UHF, its actually broadcast on channel 11 which is harder to receive. There is an option though, they have a translator or re-transmission station up in Ocala which is easy to receive, except its not in the same direction as Orlando. Check TV Fool and input your address for a list of stations. And yes, it is legal to put an antenna on your roof. HOA restrictions do NOT apply to this.
