Then I must reconsider my words. I haven't watched The Blacklist except for a time or two because I try to avoid intensely intense drama or I am up all night. I have no information to defend her except she grew up here and I so admire her mother Jennifer the few times I have got a glimpse of her on the developers yearly nights.

And I also am out of patience with people who seem to me to be jealous of successful business and taking risks that are very scary and managing to come out ahead and employ a lot of people and in so doing feed a lot of families. I am so sorry I lashed out. I hope you will give me another chance.

Megan Boone's Character, Elizabeth was killed. Even though you could figure it was going to happen it was still a shock truthfully.

I love this show. I'm sorry it had to end this way for her but she was an F.B.I. agent that went bad. How else could it have ended. The only one to feel sorry for is her T.V. Daughter.

I'm glad to see that fences were mended from previous posts in this thread. Bravo.

I hope the show returns next season. I hope a few people who left the scene come back. You could assume they were killed also but if you watch carefully there was no proof.

The only advantage she got from the family was that grandpa bankrolled her in Hollywood so she could go to lots of tryouts and she found her spot. She is a maverick in the family.

I believe the show ends tonight , that is why she is leaving.

EXCLUSIVE: Coming off an eight-season run on The Blacklist, series star Megan Boone is staying in business with the studio behind the long-running NBC drama series. Boone has launched a production company, Weird Sister, signing a first-look deal with Sony Pictures Television.

Under the pact, Boone will develop and produce new series projects for the indie TV studio. She is in the process of hiring a development executive.

Maybe she will create a situation comedy about a family that develops a retirement community.

I enjoyed the first maybe six seasons of Blacklist and then stopped watched except for occasionally.
