Default satellite connection

We are in a rental that has less than 50% of the time connection. Moving to a new one for May/June in Tamarind but am wondering what the problem is. Too many people on? This is a comcast home in Duval. We eventually will be moving to Fernandina. Anyone have any info on the internet/telephone/tv issues? Which is the best provider?

For clarity's sake - - - is the problem you're having with your television reception (via satellite) or your internet connection (through cable or DSL provider)?

Default Lucky you ...

I believe you have the option in Fernandina to go with Bright House. Had them at our last home in Wesley Chapel and loved them. If you had an internet problem, their customer service was great. Would be with you for hours on the phone till the problem was solved.
I'm hoping some day Bright House will come north of 466A. We now have Comcast

All services. No TV. No internet connection. Pretty much are using our cells so don't know about the phone.

Not trying to be facetious, but perhaps the homeowners aren't current on their payments with the service provider. Been there, had that happen, with a TV rental home in the past.......late payments on their electric bill!

For EVERYTHING to be out of commission with your services seems unusual.

In that case things would not work at all.

Sometimes landlords pay for the "frugal" package from Comcast. Don't ask, because I can't explain it. When we had that problem they said they hadn't called and "upped" it when we moved into the rental. They didn't pay for the full package when it was vacant.

I know. It doesn't make sense to me either.
