All on a single charge?! :BigApplause::1rotfl:

I will say that some of their hosts of late I have never heard of in any way. And some once I know about them do not want to know anything else about them.

Had not heard about next week's SNL host but he looks like he might be quite good.

I don't understand the point "on a single charge"? I did not mention batteries?

For this weeks episode, Jean Smart was the host. She was the main character in "Hacks", which received a 99% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It was a comedy about her as an elderly failing comedian and her younger writer. It was on for 3 seasons. I watched the 1st 6 shows of season 1 and I like it, but then I lost interest. It seemed, to me, to be mainly for a female audience.

I loved her husband Maxwells work on Get Smart. So good! :icon_wink:

Nat Bargatze is next week's SNL host. I am not familiar with his work but it sounds like he is a clean comic. Suitable for all ages.

Matter of opinion. SNL is very popular with the 19 to 49 years old viewers. It seems like a lot of its musical guests are also aimed towards that group.

None of my kids (age 29-39), nor any of their friends, watch the show... So your theory may be incorrect...

He was just on last October... Odd to have him back so soon (although I really like his stand-up...)

I see that Jean Smart had a big role in the series 24 which I have been watching. She kind of plays the same kind of character like she did in some of the skits the other night on SNL.

I agree that SNL makes fun of everyone no matter what age, sex, political party or class.

You must not be watching the same show I'm watching...

As far as being one-sided politically, I saw them make fun of Biden, Harris, Trump and Vance. They work with the material they see and hear from politics.

And that was a rarity... They are most definitely one-sided in their commentary. They have been for years...
