Default Don't do it

My boyfriend and I both switched to T-Mobile over a year ago. Nothing but problems ever since. Bad, slow, or broken internet connections. The cell phone service is even worse. Dropped calls, not receiving calls and texts, the phone service locks up, echoes on the lines, etc. I travel to CO to help take care of my mother, where it is even worse! Lots of time I can't even make a call or send a text. They charged us for things they said were "free" and our bills go up every month with no explanation. We called the company and they said that our stores here are not T-Mobile stores, they are authorized dealers so they can't do anything about what they promised. The closest real T-Mobile store is in Ocala, so don't do business with the ones here. Stupidly we signed a 2-year contract. The day it's up is the day we dump them. I had Xfinity for both previously with no problems. I also had Straight Talk for years for my cell with no problems. I advise you look elsewhere.

I have T-Mobile phones and internet. I did the 2 week trial with their modem prior to canceling Comcast. We stream all tv on this service. I get a periodic buffer, but while toggling between both services I got it on comcast also.
When I tried to get it at first it was not in area. They only allow a certain amount of customers as to not jam the system ( or so they say) I went online almost every day to check availability and got lucky 1 day. I have had it over a year now. I am in Liberty Park

Default t mobile internet

I have t mobile internet and cell provider. T mobile does serve well especially the area where it has local branches that help us locally. The speed of the internet really depends upon the explorers you use. I used to use Google, but it usually goes slow so I decide to use Foxfire...it runs fast. I always use Foxfire as my explorer...don t know about Safari no matter I have 6+ Apple/Mac products including iphones, laptops, and ipads. Of course, T mobile internet costs cheaper (much) than Xfinity (Comcast, whatever). I am happy with Youtube TV with T mobile internet. Chas

Between Manatee and the Hillsborough postal station.

Usually, one firestick streaming high def, a laptop, an ipad, and a kindle reading online news are being used concurrently. Less active devices include a half dozen smart outlets, a few smart bulbs, a camera, a deadbolt, a few Alexa devices, the irrigation controller, two iphones, another firestick, a smart TV, three more kindles, and another laptop that is on but rarely used. I think that's about it.

I have never seen a lag/buffering that I didn't attribute to the firestick. These are very rare and I saw similar lags with Xfinity plus, the other devices work fine even while the firestick is having an issue.

Right now speedtest.net tells me 300Mbps download and 20Mbps upload on both my laptop and iphone.

Just looking to dump Comcast.

We went with T-Mobile mainly because of cost. Three months after we started our service with T-Mobile they raised our rates. I tried and tried to no avail to get in touch with them. Nope. I even have it in writing. Nope. The service is not so bad in The Villages or big cities but it is horrible outside of big cities. My phone service goes in and out all of the time and numerous times in one phone conversation. Every time that happens my friends and family just say “T-Mobile”. It’s horrible and we’re going to change providers. I could go on and on with the service issues with our watches.

I looked into switching from Century Link Internet to T Mobile for a year. Century Link was just not fast enough and whole house coverage was inadequate. I made the switch about 6 months ago and could not be more satisfied with T Mobile. I purchased directly from the store in Pinalles Shopping Center. Customer service is great. They set everything up so it was easy at home to get started. You can test the product for 14 days at no cost. Coverage in my entire house is great. Speeds are more than needed. Some afternoons the speeds slow up but it still is more than needed. I highly recommend T Mobile.

We've had it for 3 years or so- thru a reseller.

Very few problems, we lose internet for a minute or so maybe once a month. We can stream two movies at the same time.

We are in La Belle North and cannot get T-Mobile Internet. Nor can our friends in Pine Ridge. We were disappointed because $40 a month for life sounded great! I wish they could have looked up our address at the store to determine if we could get it or not.
