I would recommend "Murdoch Mystery Murders" about a detective solving cases in turn-of-the-century Toronto.
" Lillyhammer" about a NY mobster who informs on the mob and decides to go into protection in Norway. He has a hard time staying straight. "Grace and Frankie" about 2 recently divorced women who are best friends and them dealing with divorce later in life.
