Default 4K or 8K TV?

Given the type of broadcasting and signal strength we can get in TV (some areas are different than others) I was wondering if any one noticed any real difference between 4K and 8K resolution on their television set? Does the size of the TV make a difference?

The size of the TV definitely matters with respect to what resolution you are watching. But, since there is no 8K content available, and very little 4K content available, it really makes no sense to pay extra for an 8K television. But, most TVs sold are 4K, so that is what I would buy. Also, make sure it is 4K with HDR (high dynamic range).
