Cassie,

The show was "Joan of Arcadia." It was wonderful. It could serve as a terrific discussion opener with young people, about many things, including how we treat each other while we are here. It is out there on DVD. I have given it as a gift.

I was wrong again. I thought it was the documentary about Mother Teresa.

Default Favorite Cancelled Shows

I can only think of three fairly recent ones: Frazier; Reba; Everwood.

Northern Exposure was mentioned here and I remembered how much I liked that one. I started to watch the recent Men in Trees which had some similarities to NE. I don't know if it is still on. When shows change their nights all the time, they often lose me.

I really liked Coach, Taxi, and an old one that I don't think ever became very well-known, Perfect Strangers I think was the name of it. Balke was the cousin from some strange country and the humor could get pretty slapstick which I like. And, of course, I Love Lucy, although I guess that one was not exactly canceled. Old sitcoms are my favorite TV shows still.
