I had a very bad experience with Oscars. Painting was OK but they did a sloppy job around the outlets including actually painting over a plug over my kitchen cabinets. They also were more expensive. O\

I highly recommend Danny's Deluxe Painting. Quote for outside of my house was $600 cheaper than Oscars and the painting was perfect. He is also really nice guy and easy to work with.

Investment Painters painted the interior of our Iris about a month ago. Great job. I hired a color consultant to hone in on final colors- $60. Total $1300. We didn’t paint the closets, but did paint tray ceilings.

Like your idea of using a color consultant. Will need painters in a few weeks, so will you please share with me who your color consultant was and contact information. Thanks so much. Best wishes

I used Precision Design Painting, Eli Abrego - 352-255-6462, to paint the outside of my house. Nice attention to detail. He pulled off all the gutters and coachlights. Used a metal paint on the faded coachlights and door handles. Did it right. He does a great job on the inside too. I will use him for that when it's time. Very competitive price. Easy to work with.

Here's my house after painting.

B&J Painting - 352-942-5901 - Painted our 1500sqft home interior walls and baseboards (not ceiling or crown moulding) in one day with about six painters. They did a great job. Cost was about $1,800 and included Sherwin Williams Super Paint.

We’ve used Investment Painters for two of our designer homes inside and outside. Pleased with the workmanship and would hire them again.

I highly recommend ACI Painting-- Efrain Garcia. (352) 348 - 9543. I, and many of my neighbors, as well as my sister-in-law, have used Efrain to paint inside as well as the entire exterior. Efrain is an excellent painter-- who pays a lot of attention to detail. He is honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. Efrain is also willing to take-on difficult projects. For example-- he was able to remove years of stain and spar urethane from our fiberglass front door. He did a beautiful job-- none of the texture of the door was damaged in the process. He applied new stain and spar urethane. It looks wonderful-- like new-- when we moved to The Villages in 2010.

I second Testerman's Painting. Painted our home inside and out. Did a great job. Did not have to pay until the job was complete. Their phone number is 352-617-9469.
