This week is looking to be a very tough one for many of us including me with my pick of the Minnesota Vikings. 27 - 0 in favor of the Buffalo Bills. What did Jeff Glor know?

I'm in a $20 Suicide pool with 7,000 people. There are 3800 left and 2800 have MIN!!!! Also a lot of people in the next 1000 have JAX and Philly.

I feel like that HOU coach is giving Todd Bowles a run for his money as worst coach in football. How does that guy keep his job. They look awful. And with all those guys on D???

Well about 20 of us are out including me. The experts sure got that Bills-Vikings game wrong. All of them that I checked had the Vikings to win. And the line was 16 or so for the Minnesota Vikings.

I see four people changed their names on the Survivor League last night or early this morning after surviving another round. It has been noted. I will make a record of it for future reference.

12 players remain. 4 of these players changed their names last night to ones they know will cause very bad memories to keep coming up for one other player while the other kinder players also see these post traumatic stress inducing names.

Someone made a suggestion that we go back to the way the late ZCaveman had it set up. I would do it all on here figuring out who had won and lost and the like. And the Moderator would be able to keep things fair and above-board to all of the other players.

That seems like an excellent idea of having it next year on this board and not using the NFL site as all kind of cyber bullying has occurred there this year and it does not present an accurate picture of how friendly and fair most of the people I have met here in the Villages since June 2005 really are. It presents an image of some extremely immature and just plain nasty cyber bullies as being common to the Villages. This is an inaccurate image.

It also upsets me that the winner from last year, the poster using the name Gene Coppola, had lost this week but now is back after a friend of his wrote that name in as a handle.

That seems like cheating as do the three names these posters changed their names to those they well know are targeting me as a means to bring back very painful memories involving decades of very intense experiences.

It is OUTRAGEOUS behavior.

They knocked me out of one my other Survivor leagues as well with that loss last night.

The experts sure weren't giving very good advice for this week's games. Or, at least, a few of them.

I still wonder what Jeff Glor knew about the Bills vs. the Vikings? He seemed to think that had a chance before they went into the game.

Wanted to quote my very first post for this Survivor League of choosing handles that are not intentional upsetting to other Survivors as well as being family friendly.

I do hope that whatever happens with this Survivor next year that sportsmanship and fair play return.

Down to 11 Survivors with 4 having changed their handles so we will never know who actually won this Survivor pool unless one of the 7 good sportsmen and women come through with the win. Sure hope that honesty and fair play prevail.

I probably will not be able to do all the very hard work that zcaveman did so I hope someone else under the eyes and ears of the MODERATOR will do this.

I am done with TOTV Survivor connected with the NFL as there is way too much VENOM and cheating on there and it is more likely than not from the usual suspects for most of the bad behavior on TOTV the past few years. They just found another outlet for their bile.

No one had the Rams nor the Vikings last night. So, no new rankings.

I am going to be looking at this Survivor web link as little as possible because of continued and persistent cyber bullying on the NFL Survivor web-site. By the usual cyber bullies, it looks like who have been on Talk of the Villages for quite some time.

I will check back late Sunday and late Monday.

Everyone is through for this week among the remaining eleven Survivors. Congratulations. Good game between the SF Forty-Niners and the LA Chargers. I was a little worried about the people who picked the LA Chargers but they pulled it off at the end.

Looks like I might keep the tenth position in this 2018 NFL Survivor League associated with Talk of the Villages. At least, I invited people to it from here. Started with 98 players but the database whittled this down to 95.

I was out of the running when the Vikings lost but had made picks for the rest of the year before that.

We are down to seven players now. Here is a list of the top ten as of 11/06/2018.

Dallas losing last night was kind of a game changer for two of our Survivors.

The Jets and the Falcons lost so far today. So, the rankings will change. I altered my handle to Robert Trueblood a dear great uncle of mine who died in 1992 in Mesa, AZ. Was my pen pal from 1977-1992 as well as someone I visited whenever we were in the Tempe, AZ or Apache Junction, AZ area.

May alter it again though soon.

Always liked the name Trueblood. My grandfather Trueblood was a railroad lawyer who had some rather impressive job for the US military in WWII.

Three people left but each seems to change his or her name so there is no way to tell who actually won. And these people play tag for cyber bullying, so to speak.

So. I will just leave this TOTV Survivor League 2018 alone from now on. And not participate in any additional TOTV football league. Or any other sport league where there are no controls on name changes nor on online treatment of other players.

Do feel it is really contemptible to use a name deliberately aimed at upsetting the person who set up this NFL pool-- me-- in the first place with "Tanya Blackwell" and ending with Gene Coppola. 'Gypsy Hill Killer' sentenced to two life in prison terms

This is the kind of cruelty you would have found on some other parts of Talk of the Villages that borders on cyber bullying of the worst sort.
