Closed threads, yes. But how would you do it for removed posts? PM? That could get a little cumbersome for the mods.

That's great and exactly what I propose for the "Post Removed" portion of my suggestion. I guess it is not being applied consistently - I remember only once, a couple of years ago, whereby I was told that my post was moved from one area to another. Very helpful for what I was then a newbie!

I have too and I think It's a good idea. I just doubt the mods want to commit to doing it every time they remove a post.

Villagevip, I don't know why the delete button was removed.
However you can't delete a post but you can make it disappear the next day by deleting the contents
and replacing with ... or any three-digit symbol.
