Default Paid to Renew Ad That Didn't Run

I wanted to edit and renew a classified ad that was about to expire last night. I edited it slightly and submitted the payment, which shows up on my credit card, but the ad is marked "Expired."

How do I get this corrected?

Didn't hear from you. Posted ad for neighbor 'cause he couldn't upload photos and wanted to get the ad running again. We can sort this out later.

Still no ad but another $5. charge. Does the "relist" button not work?
