Default Support issue

My neighbor can't post a new item to sell after being logged in, the error looks like this

RonJudyFL you do not have permission to access this page

She doesn't remember her password for TOTV If she says
forgot password, she doesn't get an email.

If I login on a different machine to my TOTV account and try to go through the contact to get a ticket, it rejects my
password.

Could someone please assist.

In the first case, I am guessing that you are not actually logged in, when you successfully login, you get a message saying Thank you xxxxxxx for logging in.
In the second case, I am confused, can you successfully login in from your 'normal' computer, see comment above about the message? If so are you sure that your used the correct password on the second computer? I have an on going problem with ToTV and a missing security certificate, but this does not stop me from logging in.
One other item, did you try different browsers, I have had problems with this site where certain browsers would not work, and others worked fine.
