I think tapatalk is available for both Androids and Apple devices. The app is called Tapatalk. Hopefully you can find it and load it. For me it is in my Google play store. Free app. Best of luck!

Why would the location of the servers matter?

As for "hounding the company responsible," keep in mind that it costs nothing...and no one is required to be a member or participate. :shrug:

i use all apple products. Problem still not fixed for me. I restarted the computer. Still nothing. Exactly what IS the problem? Why can' they figure it out. We are missing out on a lot of good stuff.
