Individual Tastes
 

We took the CIE Tour about 4 years ago. Unfortunately there is not a lot to see in Ireland like in other countries. There were some nice views, lots of sheep we stopped at a nice pub, a boat up the river, the hotels were fine, a castle that was not that old and not really very interesting. All in all it was a lot of time on a bus, some things to see but hard to fill in 8-10 days. Both parents came from Ireland, (Cork and County Mayo) so direct interest in the country.
We were spoiled with other countries, (France, Italy, Holland, England, etc etc) so it would be unfair to compare to Ireland. :bowdown:
