cooking classes

hi...last year we stopped in cozumel while cruising and had a wonderful experience at a cooking class, at a beach-front resort. does anyone know of any other cooking classes that one can take as a port excursion in:
san juan, st croix, st kitts, grenada, tobago, or dominica?
