Travel depot aka cruiseclubs.org, pricing question.

Rarely read the POA paper, but saw that Travel Depot is in the POA discount partner program. Says at least 5% discount off "cruise prices booked." Anybody use them?

What is the consensus on the best place to book? Want to go on a few cruises, Havana 1st.
