Default Bachelor Chili

Easy chili- prep time 15 min
2 cans light red kidney beans
1 jar of salsa (mild or hot, Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies if you like it spicy)
1/2 pound ground beef
bay leaf
green pepper, onions and black beans optional (but make it colorful)
no salt or pepper or other spices needed

Drain beans add to pot
add salsa and turn on the heat
brown ground beef(I pinch it so it it is not to small) and add to pot
add bay leaf
set it to low and let it simmer as long as you want(slow cooker can be used)

Very nice on a cold winters day.

Sounds good, I will try it this weekend. Is the salsa or Rotel enough liquid for it?
