It took a long time, but it was good! (2) The Ultimate Potato Soup Recipe Author Sam Merritt (3) Slow Cooker Apricot Chicken-www.dinneratthezoo.com/slow-cooker-apricot-chicken, and (4)Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup. I am shariing with a couple of neighbors so it keeps me motivated. I would recommend any of these recipes.

Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup. Yum. There was a similar recipe in the Silver Palate Cookbook.
I have made Mango Thai Chicken Curry, Rogan Josh (Indian lamb curry), a savory Dutch Baby pancake in a cast iron skillet, topped with burrata and arugula --which was such a big hit it became Sunday Supper--a low-cal black bean & corn salad, Hungarian Goulash, a cabbage casserole in the Instant Pot, grilled flank steak pinwheels (pounded and rolled up with bacon, oregano, parsley, salt & pepper inside), chicken fajitas, pizza, fish tacos, sloppy Joes with homemade cole slaw inside the bun, cookies, cookies, and cookies. I don't eat meat, so some of this was in two forms. Oh, and chicken Marsala. And a mustard vinaigrette chicken & potato sheet pan dinner.
You all are giving me some more great ideas.
