I am purging my cookbook collection - after 43 years of collecting. When we moved here last year, I brought along with me my collection of Cook's Illustrated. Anyway, I tried to give them away on 'Articles for Sale'...but apparently no one really likes to read cooking magazines here in TV. Anyway, I have 35 to give away...from the magazine's early inception in 1994 up to 2011. I have kept a few. If you have never read COOK"S, the whys and wherefores are all explored. I would like them to get a good home. Nothing has been cut out, they have been treated with love.
