Default Panera's

Has anyone noticed Panara's coffee and food has taken a downturn in the last couple years?
The last 3 lunches i had were cold (should have been hot) and not tasty at all.
The coffee is bitter, not like it was 3 years ago

Which Panera's??? I was at LSL store the other day for b'fast and had the oatmeal. Supposedly they made it for me while I was standing there but it was ice cold?? I had them nuke it so it was edible, but really,,,

I find the coffee at SS to be excellent, not sure about LSL.

Sounds more like a Manager's issue. If he/she employees are serving cold food that is not "normal" for a Panera Bread Restaurant. I did get some cold soup at Sumter Landing last winter and quickly sent it back but never noticed any change in my Bold Flavor coffee.

At our Panera this summer in Illinois everything was "normal". Which again leads me to believe the issue OP outlined could very well be a "people problem."

No, we have not noticed this. I haven"t had any issues during my visits.
