Default Pork Shoulder Radish and Turnip soup.......

I picked up a 3 lb pork shoulder on sale at Publix and cooked it in the big crockpot with a couple of inches of water. After a couple of hours added celery, onions, carrots, turnips and radishes and cook until the pork temp was safe to eat.

I had pork shoulder sandwiches a couple of times and that was simply good but the kicker was the soup. I put the crock pot liquid in the fridge until all the fat came to the top so I could scrape it off.

I diced the leftover pork and all the veggies, added the liquid, salt and pepper and it made the best soup. Nothing goes to waste when you make soup. It all goes in the pot.
