Thank you both

Bought some through eBay but, at $4 a pound, they were a little over-priced

Could have got cheaper from overseas but doubted their provenance and would have taken a few weeks to get here

Default Red Lentil Pasta

If you are interested in trying red lentil pasta, my employer, Barilla, now makes red lentil penne and red lentil rotini. It is available on Amazon, at Publix and Walmart.

As someone indicated I have found red lentils from Goya in Publix. If you want to "beef" up a dish, soup, pasta, etc, I only use Barilla Protien Pasta at home. Just note that to cook protein pasta al dente you have to cook it at least 3-4 minutes longer otherwise it is crunchy! lol Combine/mis that with red lentils you have a protein packed dish that with a small portion fills you up like a steak.

Thank you. The more Barilla pasta you buy, the faster I can retire from working full time and move to The Villages.
