Default Rumaki

I always baked mine. Do you bake or fry? Maybe I broiled. It's been a while.

Or do you even like it?

Rumaki Recipe - Allrecipes.com

I think I will make it for Christmas Eve.

I have never heard of this. After reading the recipe I assume I would love it. But since it's just the two of us and DH does not eat pork, I probably won't try to make it. Now, if it were in a restaurant ...

Some interesting information:

Rumaki - Wikipedia

"We can thank Vic Bergeron — owner of Trader Vic's restaurant, in San Francisco — for bringing rumaki into mainstream dining culture. He claimed that this delicious hors d'oeuvre came from Hawaii, with Chinese roots and a Japanese name."

I could make a meal out of rumaki! Haven’t made it in years, but now that you’ve jogged my memory, I may make some for Christmas dinner. Thanks!

Never passed my lips either and have no idea what it is. Maybe I'm missing something but then again I don't eat broccoli .
