Here is a link to a cooking class on Craftsy.com. There is a fee but well worth it. The class lasts a couple of hours and are taught by well experienced chefs. I have gained so much knowledge by taking classes from this site. I bought a yearly membership and absolutely love it. Here's the link.

I like epicurious diabetic recipes. you can google epicurious and diabetic recipes or just to the epicurious site and put dibetic recipes in the internal search engine, Good luck.

I am not an expert in the diabetic field, but my granson has Type1 diabetes and he can eat pretty much anything, providing the carb values are worked out, and the insulin values adjusted to it.
Many restaurants and fast food outlets have the carb values displayed.
