My wife makes a dish similar to ala king. She makes a white gravy adds chopped turkey mixed veggies serve over buttermilk biscuits rolls or egg noodles. Top with Lawries salt. Yummm
Experiment!
Spray a baking dish with Pam, spread layer of stuffing, layer of chopped or cut up turkey pieces, layer of mashed potatoes, layer of gravy and finish with leftover green bean casserole (I usually have to add a few more green beans to this). Top with onion rings and bake until heated through.
Turkey pot pie is my favorite way to use left overs. I use a pie shell, turkey, veggies, mushrooms, shredded cheese w/sour cream and top with fried onions...yum
I make turkey oyster gumbo, and serve it with apple/celery/walnut salad (with Hellman's mayo!!) We also enjoy turkey sandwiches on toast, with mustard, pepper and lettuce.
