Pasta is OK but not a favorite. I love fish and vegetables. I do eat meat but not much.

I love everything. I'm working on recipes and doing a lesson on parchment cooking, fish, shellfish and chicken thighs. The technique would remain the same but by changing seasonings and veggies going in the bag it could be a New Orleans Dish, Thai Dish or Italian Dish.

1. Paella, (rice with saffron and various seafoods)
2. Pescatore, (pasta with seafood).
3, Manicoti.
4. Steak with peppers and onions.
5. Meatloaf, corn, mash potatoes with brown gravy.

Anything that doesn't bite back works for me.
